How to buy tickets

Our ticketing is ONLINE, and must be purchased prior to gate entry.

NOTE: If you arrive without a ticket, we will have assistance in the parking areas to help you buy on your smartphone, or place the order for you on one of our devices. IT IS RECOMMENDED THAT YOU PURCHASE IN ADVANCE PRIOR TO ARRIVAL - it's the same process either way! 

Online Instructions

  1. Click the "Purchase Tickets" button. Another browser tab will open
  2. Click the green "Buy Tickets" button
  3. Select which day, type, and number of tickets you wish to purchase
  4. Click "Checkout"
  5. Fill out your name, email and address information
  6. Check the "Waivers & Agreements" box at the bottom
  7. Click "Continue to Charity"
  8. Select any donation you'd like to make to the United Way, if any
  9. Click "Continue to Payment"
  10. A popup will give you the option to round up your purchase to the nearest dollar for charity
  11. Select if you wish to purchase Refund Protection, Yes or No
  12. Enter your credit card information at the bottom of the page and click "Continue to Review"
  13. Confirm your choices are correct in the Cart and select "Submit Order"
  14. You will be take to a confirmation screen that has the details of your purchase and important information about the event
  15. You will receive an email immediately with your confirmation. Be sure to check your spam folder if you don't see it right away
  16. EITHER: 1. Bring the QR Code provided in your email to the show on your smartphone OR 2. Print your tickets and bring them to the show. YOU WILL NEED YOUR TICKET TO ENTER - NO TICKET, NO ENTRY!
